I have two questions;
What common things (characteristics)do all the people have or how can they be recognised, classified who did not follow the orders of the authority in the Milgram experiment? What makes them exceptions? How can you be one without violating the rules of that system/environment?
the other: Where can I find other videos, interviews with Zimbardo not in connection with the Abu Graib issue (I`ve seen tons of that) and other than the series he made? i.e. on reinventing the educational systems or on any other part of social psychology. Any link or recommendation would be great help!
Thanks.

A truly fascinating lecture. Although I am left pondering as to what situational triggers cause one to decide to do evil in the first place. Diffusion of responsibility or anonymity may make the said evil easier to get away with, but are they sufficient conditions to cause one to commit evil in the first place?
