		<description><![CDATA[I have to say I&#039;m skeptical of this line of reasoning. Note that the idea of a biased environment is just an assumption. What would that environment even look like? And even if it exists and has the assumed effect wouldn&#039;t those promoted by affirmative action just move to a workplace with such an environment? If so they still won&#039;t achieve to their potential. It&#039;s about getting the best person for the job, not the guy with the best potential.]]></description>
