		<description><![CDATA[Self control is what separates us from the animal kingdom.  Animals act on instinct.  I can make the choice to not eat that extra cookie or keep my pants up instead of having a one night stand.  It is necessary to be successful in life.  One of the reasons our economy is in the mess it&#039;s in is because of people&#039;s lack of self control regarding money and credit cards.  Our government doesn&#039;t know the meaning of self control when it comes to overspending.  When people learn to say NO, things will get better.]]></description>
