This kind of pity is the worst kind of condescension.  Just because someone doesn&#039;t have legs doesn&#039;t make them a half man, and doesn&#039;t make them some sort of always-victim unable of independent thought.

The last thing that people who are considered disabled need is some able-bodied person cooing at them with overtures of, &quot;Oh, how sad, did you even get to see Stockholm?  Boo hoo.&quot;  Gross!

Good for him for finding a venue for celebrating his unique value-add!

Too bad Alex Stone is blinded by his own celebration for his own legs to only feel sadness for the man.  &quot;And how long have you been emotionally crippled, Mr. Stone?&quot;]]></description>
