I dunno what the truth of this story is, and I don’t want to ask other victims to be forgiving if Billy was the one who was a perpetrator, but maybe there was more going on here. I was remorselessly bullied right through through the end of elementary school and into the first years of junior high. Emotionally, I was crushed and very very lonely. And I went out and bullied even weaker (usually younger) people as a result. I was never a bully till I became bullied. I didn’t make a conscious choice to start passing my pain on, and after every time I bullied someone, I felt self-loathing for doing it. Because actually, all I wanted was to get closer to people. But I couldn’t help myself. On a sub-conscious level, I was simply trying to regain a little bit of power in my life. I was in the grip of forces I couldn’t control. And the worst thing is, I bullied the people I most liked. I still regret my behaviour now.

So even if you can’t forgive Billy, if he was a bully, maybe you can understand that bullying behaviour, especially by a solitary bully, is often indicative of pain in his own life.

This is a horricle story. Even if he is the bully nothing should cause a person to hurt someone so badly. has it been proven he is a homosexual. The people who beat up thid kid are cowards,neandethtla, and the people who wathced or laughed are idiots.

Billy Wolfe is the BULLY. He is rude to everyone and the reason he had no friends is because he bullied everyone. I cannot bleieve this BS story made national news. Everything Billy had said was a LIE. He would insitgate fights all the time and start the majority of them. He even ridculed someone for his deceased mother. That is bullying. Billy Wolfe’s story is such BS! He is NOT the victim, he is the BULLY. He has bullied me many of times and there are specific incidents i could refer too. He has also bullied many of my friends. The record needs to be set straight and what has been said is a complete LIE.

You did NOT get the correct story!!!! Billy constantly bullied people and was rude and malicious to everyone. He would instigate fights all the time. Billy Wolfe is the BULLY!!!!!!
