		<description><![CDATA[I found this article very interesting. It explained a few thing that I had noticed before in American and Japanese animation. I find that in Anime and Manga, when the artist(s) want to draw emphasis to a person emotions they block the whole face except for the eyes for a dramatic effect. In the U.S. when we want to create the same effect, we block out every thing except for the mouth.]]></description>
