		<description><![CDATA[I suspect Norris&#039;s comment above is more a reaction to the cover of the book than the material in it. The book looks like classic self help. However, the summaries and reviews suggest that it is, in fact, providing us with an overview of research and that it isn&#039;t going to give us ten tips for changing our brains. 

Of course, self help sells better than science. And publishers tend to be capitalists, at least when it comes to selling books.]]></description>
